Great client is seeking a hands-on Laboratory Engineering Technician to support the development and testing of medical electronic systems. This role will assist engineering teams by building prototype assemblies, preparing test setups, executing documented test procedures,
collecting data, and maintaining laboratory equipment and inventory. Candidates must have experience assembling electronic or electromechanical products and working on
electrical test equipment.

responsibilities:
- Assemble prototype systems, development kits, cables, and test fixtures from engineering documentation.
- Build, configure, and maintain engineering test setups and laboratory equipment.
- Execute test protocols and accurately document test results.
- Support software loading, firmware updates, and system configuration using documented procedures.
- Use laboratory equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies to perform measurements and testing.
- Identify, document, and communicate issues observed to engineering teams.
- Support engineers with investigation and debug activities by collecting data, reproducing issues, and executing directed test procedures.
- Maintain inventory of components, supplies, and laboratory equipment.
- Must have experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, electronics, or other hands-on technical environment. Familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other laboratory test equipment.
- Experience assembling electronic or electromechanical products and working on electrical test equipment.
- Experience following written work instructions, assembly procedures, or test protocols.
- Associate degree, technical certification, military technical training, or equivalent hands-on technical experience highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
