responsibilities:
- Support clean room metrology lab operations by managing incoming job queues, prioritizing samples with engineering, and precisely handling, mounting, and cleaning wafer and coupon samples.
- Operate advanced laboratory instrumentation to execute metrology jobs on SEM tools utilizing established recipes and Best Known Methods (BKMs).
- Analyze complex metrology images using proprietary algorithms and software, and prepare comprehensive, standardized reports.
- Partner with cross-functional requestors to define detailed project requirements, clearly communicate results, and monitor wafer-in-process (WIP) to maintain laboratory throughput.
- Collaborate closely with the hardware team to proactively troubleshoot equipment issues and execute necessary tool maintenance.
