responsibilities:
- Oversee sales, operations, service delivery, project management, business development, and team leadership
- Provide executive leadership and strategic direction Northeast region
- Responsible for scaling the business, developing high-performing teams, and strengthening reputation as a trusted provider of traffic signal solutions
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer retention.
- Support strategic customer relationships throughout the region
- Participate in strategic planning, acquisition integration, organizational development, and business transformation initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, general management, business leadership, or executive management roles
- Experience within transportation infrastructure, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), traffic signal systems, roadway technology
- Experience working with DOTs, municipalities, transportation agencies, contractors, or public-sector infrastructure projects
