responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, monitor, and report power delivery risks and schedule delays, maintaining structured risk registers across active lease projects.
- Oversee energy milestone tracking and readiness activities, coordinating externally with utility providers and internally with cross-functional delivery teams.
- Review and validate critical technical and construction documentation, including substation readiness packages, transformer testing, and single-line diagrams.
- Identify the origin of delivery issues whether from utilities, contractors, or internal dependencies and direct effective resolution paths.
- Serve as the primary technical coordination point between internal teams, external lease providers, and utilities, supporting metro deep dives and leadership reporting.
