- Perform high-quality electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability and code compliance.
- Champion a safe, sustainable work environment by adhering to HSE standards, minimizing environmental impact, and immediately reporting hazards.
- Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams and continuous improvement activities to enhance quality, material flow, and safety processes.
- Foster a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment by effectively instructing, coaching, and guiding apprentices.
