responsibilities:
- Plan site engineering activities and conduct daily inspections to ensure installations, assembly, and commissioning comply with blueprints, specifications, and safety standards.
- Serve as the primary onsite technical leader, managing multi-discipline field teams, subcontractors, and trade labor while creatively resolving issues to maintain project schedules.
- Lead comprehensive field documentation, including punch lists and safety walkdowns (LOTO/PPE), and proactively communicate project status and risks to leadership and the customer.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting for electrical, basic mechanical, and controls systems, utilizing a working knowledge of ATS, UPS, and switchgear systems.
- Drive formal project acceptance, manage contract close-out activities, and secure final customer sign-off to ensure contractual commitments are fulfilled on schedule and within budget.
