Construction Laboratory Manager based near Greer, SC for a leading industry leader providing environmental consulting, geotechnical engineering, materials testing, and inspections. The Lab Manager will manage the lab's production and personnel and provide quality assurance/quality control lab testing duties.

responsibilities:
- Manage the lab's production and personnel and provide quality assurance/quality control lab testing duties
- Performing specific QA/QC tests on construction materials and building components such as soil, concrete, and asphalt, per ASTM, ACI, AASHTO, etc. standards.
- Maintain detailed records of observations, inspections, and test results.
- Organizing lab data, processing, and report preparation.
- Calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment and workspaces.
- Manage lab personnel and maintain required certifications among the laboratory team.
- Must have 5+ Experience in a Construction Materials Testing Laboratory testing and sampling
- ACI Concrete Strength
- Aggregate Base
- ACI Aggregate Testing
