Great client is seeking an Electronics Assembler to join their production team. We are looking for a manufacturing professional with 2-3 years of experience who wants to trade the standard work week for a guaranteed 3-day weekend. responsibilities:
- Build electronic units using wiring lists, blueprints, schematics, and visual aids.
- Manually mask printed circuit boards (PCBs) and prepare production parts according to specifications.
- Safely operate production and wire-prep machinery (including swaging tools, cut-off machines, preset dies, and contact systems).
- Utilize handheld barcode scanners and proprietary software to accurately kit, track, and route production parts.
- Maintain strict adherence to factory safety protocols and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) controls.
- 2-3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or a related electrical assembly role.
- Proven understanding of ESD protocols and electronic Component ID.
- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and visual aids; comfortable with basic production math
- Proficient with Windows-based operating systems and inventory tracking/scanning software.
- strong attention to detail with the ability to identify routine line issues, collect data, and draw valid conclusions to maintain production quality.
