responsibilities:
- Provide critical design liaison engineering (DLE) support to manufacturing operations, specifically focusing on rotor and unit assembly areas.
- Evaluate and define solutions for emerging manufacturing issues by analyzing deviant hardware using hand calculations, CAD, FEA, and other internal tools.
- Champion DLE initiatives to continuously drive defect reduction by enhancing engineering definitions and refining manufacturing processes.
- Support ongoing project scopes by accurately revising and updating essential engineering specifications and technical drawings.
- Conduct rigorous technical reviews to substantiate rework procedures and establish clear acceptance criteria for manufactured components.
