responsibilities:
- Drive program execution and operational continuity for Our Client across multiple metropolitan markets by supporting Construction Operations leadership.
- Develop standard reporting formats, project documentation processes, and tool solutions to provide leadership with clear visibility into program health.
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies using RAID management to proactively resolve issues and ensure projects stay on schedule and under budget.
- Maintain alignment among internal stakeholders, designers, consultants, and general contractors through effective communication and regular meeting coordination.
- Ensure an Injury-Free Environment by enforcing safety programs and mentoring team members on site safety commitments.
