Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and fix electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment breakdowns.
- PLC Automation: Work directly with PLC boards/systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) to troubleshoot program logic, read schematics, and trace faults.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine PMs on automated machinery, motors, conveyors, and control panels to minimize downtime.
- Safety First: Maintain compliance with OSHA, National Electrical Code (NEC), and lockout/tagout (LOTO) regulations.
- Experience: 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Technical Skills: great understanding of 3-phase power, AC/DC drives, and electrical control circuits.
- PLC Knowledge: Confident using PLC diagnostics to troubleshoot machinery (programming experience is a huge plus, but navigating the software to find faults is required).
- Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
