responsibilities:
- Develop rigorous quality standards, evaluate product integrity, and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings.
- Diagnose complex quality issues and implement effective corrective actions across design, incoming materials, and process control.
- Develop sampling procedures, establish equipment calibration programs, and supervise the accurate recording and tabulation of reliability data.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by developing training materials, conducting quality control sessions, and mentoring cross-functional team members.
