responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical SME for critical plant utilities (WFI, clean steam, compressed air), providing daily monitoring and real-time troubleshooting to guarantee uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Identify and design targeted improvements for utility and process systems, ensuring strict adherence to FDA, cGMP, and site performance standards.
- Lead full-lifecycle capital engineering projects for Our Client, expertly managing scopes, budgets, construction activities, and final validation.
- Develop vital engineering documentation (PFDs, P&IDs) and actively drive deviation investigations, CAPAs, and audit readiness initiatives.
- Partner closely with quality, maintenance, and facility teams to perform root cause analyses and elevate continuous improvement efforts across the site.
