responsibilities:
- Develop and implement rigorous methods and procedures for process control, continuous improvement, testing, and inspection to ensure products function flawlessly.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Sterility, and Design teams to land new equipment and implement appropriate, risk-based process controls.
- Drive First Article Inspection (FAI) strategy and execution, while actively creating and updating SOPs and Inspection plans through the change management system.
- Apply professional expertise and independent judgment to execute daily quality engineering support across assurance, control, and preventative activities.
- Act as the voice of Quality, leading critical initiatives to enhance overall quality performance and ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and standards.
