As an in-house Technical Center Service Engineer, you will be the physical heartbeat of our technical hub. You will handle the setup, maintenance, and optimization of our advanced CNC machinery, while collaborating directly with engineering leadership on cutting-edge R&D projects to push machine performance and reliability to the next level. This is a unique, highly collaborative role designed for a skilled engineer who wants to work on the forefront of manufacturing technology.

responsibilities:
- In-House Machine Ownership: Lead the installation, commissioning, decommissioning, and relocation of advanced CNC machinery within the Technical Center.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform daily hands-on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and high-level repairs on in-house equipment.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner directly with the Engineering Director on specialized R&D projects to test, analyze, and improve machine performance, reliability, and custom features.
- Technical Center Operations: Support operational and logistical coordination to keep our world-class Technical Center running flawlessly.
- System Optimization: Test, adjust, rebuild, and upgrade CNC machining equipment, controls, and peripheral systems.
- Actionable Feedback: Analyze machine data and performance to advise engineering and factory teams on potential product design improvements.
