responsibilities:
- Partner with cross functional teams Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations to map current and future state workflows, identify operational gaps, and transition manual, paper based processes into standardized, automated digital solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain user friendly applications, automated workflows, and comprehensive dashboards using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate) alongside SharePoint and Advanced Excel.
- Analyze quality and operational data to establish KPIs, scorecards, and automated management reports, providing actionable visual insights that support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and data driven decision making.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT, translating complex user requirements into technical specifications, executing user testing, and conducting training to drive the adoption of new digital tools.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or Operations and minimum 4 years of experience in business process analysis or digital transformation, ideally within a manufacturing, quality, or supply chain environment
