Key qualifications include, Minimum 3-5 years of Program Management or Project Management within a New product Development in manufacturing/operations environment. A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required.

responsibilities:
- Program Leadership & Execution: Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to successfully deliver New Product Development (NPD) and sustaining projects on time, within budget, and aligned with financial goals.
- Primary Customer Interface: Serve as the main point of contact for the customer, managing their expectations, improving response times, and ensuring all contractual commitments are met.
- Process & Metrics Tracking: Utilize standard program management processes (such as PROLaunch) to monitor and report on financial, quality, schedule, and technical performance metrics.
- Proactive Risk Management: Partner with teams to identify potential project risks and opportunities, establishing clear mitigation plans to keep the program on track.
- Commercial & Contract Management: Oversee contract terms, pricing strategies, and negotiations, while driving effective change management and providing regular program status updates (Green/Yellow/Red) to leadership.
