responsibilities:
- Provide on-site geotechnical engineering support to ensure construction complies with the procedures, codes, and contract requirements of Our Client.
- Coordinate and oversee field investigations, in-situ testing, and soil sampling performed by site-investigation contractors.
- Supervise driven-pile installations to verify that location, alignment, and embedment match approved drawings and specifications.
- Witness dynamic and static pile load tests while verifying driveability against wave-equation criteria and reviewing capacity records.
- Oversee ground improvement initiatives, geotechnical instrumentation, settlement monitoring, and earthwork quality control.
