responsibilities:
- Establish basis of design (BOD) and scope of work (SOW) documents, creating detailed construction plans for complex manufacturing tools and infrastructure.
- Oversee the engineering, design, and construction of facility mechanical systems, including HVAC, process cooling water, exhaust, fire protection, plumbing, and process piping.
- Perform comprehensive technical duties such as code assessments, HAZOP reviews, engineering calculations, and equipment sizing in compliance with ASME, ASHRAE, and building codes.
- Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and on-site personnel to assess systems, consult system owners, and analyze scope requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Support the full project delivery lifecycle, seamlessly integrating new equipment and retrofitting existing building systems into densely packed industrial facilities.
