responsibilities:
- Lead and independently manage workstreams within large life science capital projects, ensuring successful execution across scope, budget, and schedule.
- Collaborate with site and construction teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders and driving timely decision-making in a complex matrix environment.
- Proactively identify project risks, evaluate multiple options, and implement optimal solutions while prioritizing safety, quality, and financial implications.
- Review construction submittals and engineering drawings, ensuring strict adherence to pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations, cGMPs, and cleanroom design standards.
- Translate complex customer requirements into concise engineering specifications and expertly manage scope changes without direct authority.
