Randstad is supporting a financial firm who is seeking an ambitious Private Wealth Management Analyst to join their team during an exciting season of growth. Responsibilities
- Manage Loan Pipelines: Oversee a high-volume bank loan program using specialized software, tracking end-to-end execution and managing peak workflows (~200 loans/month).
- Documentation & KYC Compliance: Gather and review loan/credit documentation, strictly ensuring adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance and risk protocols.
- Financial Analysis & Planning: Conduct in-depth analysis of High-Net-Worth (HNW) client financial statements to recommend tailored private banking strategies.
- Stakeholder & Operational Communication: Drive heavy email communication with internal credit teams and partner firms to streamline loan approvals and execution.
- Support HNW Relationship Growth: Assist Private Bankers in soliciting, retaining, and expanding HNW relationships through pipeline management, prospecting, and research.
- Identify Business Opportunities: Spot expansion opportunities within existing client portfolios under general banker oversight to support long-term revenue growth.
