We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Operations Specialist to join our servicing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the daily administrative and transactional processing of our loan portfolio. Your core duties will include posting client payments and loan advances, managing critical system updates such as address changes and auto-debit enrollments, and generating official documentation like payoff letters and auto-debit authorizations. To succeed in this position, you must be a multitasker who can balance high-volume data entry with exceptional customer service and thorough loan document review.

salary: $32.06 - $32.07 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Process and post daily loan payments and account advances accurately within the core servicing system.
  
  
• Perform routine account maintenance, including updating client address changes and configuring automated debit preferences.
  
  
• Generate and distribute official loan documentation, such as payoff letters and auto-debit authorizations, in compliance with company standards.
  
  
• Conduct comprehensive loan research and account deep dives to resolve billing discrepancies, processing exceptions, or client inquiries.
  
  
• Review complex loan agreements and legal documentation to verify account details and ensure precise system data entry.
  
  
• Deliver professional internal and external customer service when addressing complex account questions or file updates.
  
  
• Collaborate with the broader operations team to meet strict daily processing timelines and maintain account accuracy.
