responsibilities:
- Fulfill all Operations Plant Level deliverables for the Kitchen and Bath Development Process, managing fulfillment strategies, capacity evaluations, and supply chain integrity.
- Act as the Project Manager for plant operations, driving critical manufacturing input into New Product Development (NPD) projects through DFMA, FMEA, and detailed design reviews.
- Build accurate product cost models and provide technical support for Make versus Buy analyses to actively manage costs and meet critical launch targets.
- Collaborate with Operations to develop and maintain project execution timelines, ensuring strict accountability for achieving the scheduled 'Inventory in Stock' date.
- Act as a key change agent by actively identifying, proposing, and implementing process improvements across both manufacturing and New Product Development practices.
