responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated engineering support to critical manufacturing processes, complex projects, and daily operational functions.
- Evaluate manufacturing outcomes meticulously to proactively identify and implement continuous improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Support New Product Introductions (NPI) and champion the successful integration of new equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Apply professional expertise and independent judgment to execute assigned tasks using established manufacturing systems and procedures.
- Leverage foundational skills in technical writing, engineering drawing evaluation, and computer basics to comprehensively document and optimize workflows.
