Join Our Client as an Engineer in Sheridan, AR to innovate modern kitchen and bath spaces! We need a driven engineer with an ABET B.S. degree and 2+ years' manufacturing or PM experience to lead impactful product launches.

responsibilities:
- Manage plant operations functions for New Product Integration (NPI) and Development (NPD) projects to ensure on-time product launches and achieve target inventory dates.
- Drive manufacturing input into NPD projects using Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) and Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) to enhance design reliability.
- Build product cost models and provide technical support for Make versus Buy analyses to actively manage project costs and optimize global capacity.
- Act as a change agent by developing process improvements, operating independently, and presenting project statuses to multiple levels of operations leadership.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, supply chain, and marketing to build networks that support overarching production strategies.
