Our Client is seeking a high-energy, outbound Business Development Representative to spearhead their opportunity origination and fuel their development pipeline. responsibilities:
- Active Opportunity Origination: Drive aggressive outbound prospecting (targeting 50-75 touches per week) to identify, engage, and build relationships with new industrial and commercial prospects.
- Customer Education & Trust Building: Conduct structured discovery conversations to uncover client pain points, educating prospects on critical industrial energy concepts, costs, risks, and Our Client's unique development approach.
- Opportunity Qualification: Vet and qualify prospective leads based on technical, financial, and organizational fit to ensure they are viable for development.
- Cross-Functional Advancement: Collaborate closely with internal Sales Engineering, Preconstruction, and Operations teams to shape viable energy solutions and seamlessly advance prospects through the sales pipeline.
- CRM & Activity Discipline: Maintain rigorous, same-day CRM tracking of all outreach, conversations, and meetings, providing weekly pipeline and activity metrics to sales leadership.
