responsibilities:
- Serve as the plumbing SME for the LeakProtect program, translating complex technical processes and smart water shut-off device installations into clear agent guides, FAQs, and call scripts.
- Inspect install partner work and conduct on-site visits (1-2 times per month) to validate installation quality, ensure compliance with plumbing codes, and gather real-world feedback.
- Onboard and train install partners and technicians on program expectations while providing expert guidance to resolve escalated customer and installation issues.
- Continuously update training materials, job aids, and troubleshooting flows as connected device technology, plumbing standards, and program processes evolve.
