responsibilities:
- Establish, monitor, and maintain project budgets, change management, cost variance analysis, and cash flow accuracy.
- Identify cost trends, perform detailed trend estimates, and support baseline change control programs across complex projects.
- Prepare comprehensive cost studies and reconciliations using historical data, statistical analysis, and quantity comparisons.
- Ensure precise cost coding of budgets and actuals, support semi-annual audit requirements, and allocate project funds.
- Provide guidance, training, and coaching to junior Cost Engineers while communicating technical scope impacts effectively to stakeholders.
