responsibilities:
- Prepare bidders' lists, prequalify vendors, form bid packages, issue requests, and manage bidder questions.
- Develop Commercial Bid Summaries and award recommendations while securing required project approvals.
- Guide Engineering and internal teams on material requisitions to align technical needs with procurement execution.
- Administer purchase orders, process scope and cost revisions, and monitor supplier performance against contract terms.
- Maintain accurate order documentation, track status reports, and resolve commercial variances alongside project personnel.
