responsibilities:
- Lead and execute hands-on pre-commissioning, testing, startup, and initial operation of assigned mechanical process systems through turnover to operations.
- Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams (electrical, I&C, plant operations) to perform component-level through integrated facility testing on rotating equipment, prime movers, and logic functions.
- Provide direct technical support, guidance, and ES&H leadership to construction disciplines and startup craft personnel in the field.
- Assess and verify mechanical system integrity during installation and startup through targeted inspections to maximize system reliability and availability.
- Develop execution plans, manage temporary testing and isolation requirements, and complete all technical documentation and test records to ensure safe operation for Our Client.
