responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and win new customer projects in automation, robotics and motion control applications
- Play a key part in developing new business opportunities with OEM customers, supporting the growth of sensing-enabled solutions, including encoder technologies
- Develop new business opportunities with OEM customers in automation, robotics, machine tools and motion control
- Own the business development for assigned region including opportunity creation, customer targeting and pipeline management
- Experience identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities
- Exposure to OEM customers in automation, robotics, or industrial applications
- Experience in encoders, industrial sensors, or motion control technologies
- Background in robotics, automation, motion control
- Experience with encoder technologies (absolute / incremental, magnetic / inductive / optical)
- Engineering degree in electronics or mechatronics or another relevant technical discipline
