Our Client seeks a team-oriented, Mastercam Manufacturing Engineer in Central CT. We're seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer with Mastercam programming experience to design tooling and fixtures, develop CNC programs for Fanuc-controlled machining centers, and support aerospace manufacturing operations. Solidworks, ceramic and carbide tooling experience are a plus. This is a salaried, 50-hour work week position. Benefits include a $120k-$130k salary, Medical, Dental, and 401k.

responsibilities:
- Program CNC turning and milling machines using Mastercam and Fanuc controls to ensure final dimensions are met.
- Design specialized tooling, fixtures, jigs, and other devices to support manufactured products.
- Create setup sheets, tool sheets, and detailed control documentation for aerospace parts.
- Collaborate with the shop floor to set up machines, produce first pieces, and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Manage engineering projects from start to finish, driving process improvements and cost reductions.
