responsibilities:
- Lead the development, optimization, and validation of advanced material manufacturing processes while establishing critical capability targets and operating windows.
- Drive manufacturing readiness, commercialization, and risk mitigation strategies in close collaboration with global factory partners and suppliers.
- Develop and implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies and lead structured root-cause investigations to resolve quality and process issues.
- Translate technical findings and material data into Design for Manufacturing (DFM) guidelines, engineering standards, and robust process specifications.
- Serve as Our Client's primary technical liaison and provide cross-functional leadership across Innovation, Materials, Quality, and global manufacturing teams.
