- Pay Rate: $33.00 – $33.75 per hour
- Location: Beaverton, OR (On-site)
- Job Type: 6-month contract (with potential for extension)
- Experience managing projects, logistics, or operations within social impact, community relations, or brand management.
- Hands-on experience using SAP (or similar enterprise software) for inventory, booking, and shipping.
- strong organizational skills with experience tracking data, reporting, and managing databases.
- Clear communication skills to collaborate effectively across complex, team-oriented environments.
- Educational & Experience Requirements (One of the following combinations):
- High School Diploma + 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Associate Degree + 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree + 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Master’s Degree + 0–3 years of relevant experience
- PhD/Law Degree + 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience using the GIFTS database for tracking charitable donations.
- Background working with brand design teams on product kitting strategies.
- Passion for sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and community advocacy.

Responsibilities
- Drive Social & Environmental Impact: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, develop, and launch innovative community outreach strategies.
- Oversee Donation & Logistics Management: Handle product donation tracking, kitting strategies, forecasting, and order shipping using SAP.
- Build & Manage Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with external partners to maximize program reach and positive community outcomes.
- Data Tracking & Reporting: Log donations accurately in the GIFTS database and report key metrics to internal stakeholders, including the Tax and Corporate Affairs teams.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Coordinate and align project plans across corporate, regional, and functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
