responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily inspection activities across incoming, in-process, and final inspection based on production priorities and risks.
- Ensure strict adherence to engineering drawings, inspection plans, and standardized methods, maintaining full compliance with standards like ISO 13485.
- Resolve inspection issues and escalate critical quality risks that could impact product compliance, quality, or delivery times.
- Regularly perform product inspections in a full-time cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE to support team workloads.
- Drive 5S methodology, safety standards, and plant policies to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workplace.
