responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contract with the owner and coordinate in a collaborative way with the superintendent and all subcontractors working efficiently to build the interior spaces of the various projects for the company.
- Prioritizing safe work planning and partnering with site safety leaders to proactively identify, correct, and manage job site hazards.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the customer, leading owner coordination meetings, and maintaining clear communication across client, design, subcontractor, and internal teams.
- Establishing project schedules, monitoring performance standards, and running weekly subcontractor meetings to resolve issues and keep work on track.
- Managing project financials, including budget projections, cash flow, subcontractor costs, and the negotiation of change orders to maintain profitability.
- Ensuring compliance with labor agreements and directing an efficient, high-quality project closeout and handover process.
