A Facilities Manager is needed for a leading mission critical organization. The Facilities Manager will serves as the primary operational leader, owning facility reliability, maintenance strategy, and vendor governance end-to-end. In this full-time, on-site role, you will direct operational standards, oversee critical infrastructure systems, and lead capital projects to ensure zero downtime. Additionally, you will serve as the senior on-site incident lead and maintain 24/7 site readiness to support customer growth.
Candidates must have 7+ years of critical facilities or data center operations experience with a background in team leadership and vendor SLA enforcement. Deep technical knowledge of electrical systems (UPS, generators) and HVAC systems (CRAC/CRAH, chilled water) is required, as well as proficiency with DCIM/BMS tools and authoring Methods of Procedure (MOPs). Preferred qualifications include colocation experience, compliance knowledge (SOC 2, HIPAA), and safety certifications like OSHA 30 or NFPA 70E. This is a direct-hire role, and our client is only seeking local talent at this time.

- Set and execute preventive maintenance schedules and operational standards for all critical power, cooling, and safety systems
- Direct on-site technicians and govern vendor performance, contractual SLAs, and safety compliance
- Serve as the senior technical authority for on-site incident response, triage, and 24-hour root-cause reporting
- Manage capital upgrades and infrastructure projects directly from initial scoping through final closeout
- Author, review, and approve Methods of Procedure (MOPs) with strict risk assessments and rollback plans
- Enforce site safety protocols (LOTO, hot work) and ensure audit-ready adherence to SOC 2 and HIPAA physical controls
