responsibilities:
- Monitor supplier quality performance metrics like PPM and defect trends, conducting on-site supplier audits to identify risks and support targeted improvement plans.
- Serve as a collaborative resource for suppliers and Our Client's internal stakeholders, resolving supplier-related quality issues and coordinating containment to maintain production continuity.
- Evaluate supplier root cause analyses using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone) and verify the implementation and long-term effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Lead APQP and PPAP activities, partnering closely with engineering and procurement teams to evaluate supplier readiness and mitigate risks for new product launches.
