responsibilities:
- Oversee daily contract conformance for assigned capital and maintenance projects with annual budgets up to $400MM, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Facilitate the preparation of contract exhibits and assist in writing technical contract language detailing project scopes, specifications, pricing, and special instructions.
- Partner closely with project management teams during contract bidding and formation to support contractor negotiations and develop communication plans.
- Monitor contractor documentation for compliance, address deviations promptly, and facilitate the swift resolution of any contractual matters.
- Act as a key liaison to coordinate seamlessly with contractors and various internal teams, including legal, engineering, procurement, and project controls.
