A Finished Goods Fulfillment Manager is needed for a leading cooling technology OEM near Greenville, SC. The Finished Goods Fulfillment Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery planning across North America, managing orders from intake to final customer-site delivery. This role coordinates cross-factory fulfillment, inventory tracking, and delivery risk management across multiple global manufacturing plants and regional hubs. Over time, the position will expand to establish and lead the regional Finished Goods Delivery Center.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or Engineering, alongside 5+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, fulfillment, or logistics. Expertise in cross-functional coordination, ERP/Excel reporting, and international freight processes is required. Experience with complex industrial equipment is highly preferred. This is a direct-hire role, and our client is only seeking local talent currently.

responsibilities:
- Manage delivery schedules from order intake and factory quality release through warehouse receiving, shipment, and site delivery
- Align with domestic and international manufacturing plants to monitor production status, shipment readiness, and transit schedules
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks across production, shipping, customs, and inventory to maintain high on-time delivery rates
- Collaborate with Customer Service to manage logistics and shipment timing for whole-unit returns and replacements
- Monitor finished goods, in-transit inventory, and capital occupation, generating accurate status reports and flagging exceptions
- Help develop operational workflows, KPIs, and escalation protocols for the new regional distribution center
