Join Our Client as a Lab Operations Engineer in Redmond, WA a mission-driven pioneer empowering the planet to achieve more! We seek experts with 5+ years supporting hardware development labs, strong server/rack integration skills, and serial/low-level system debug experience.

responsibilities:
- Instrument prototype servers and development platforms using serial consoles, UART, and debug ports to support hardware bring-up and system integration.
- Build and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline deployments, track inventory, and optimize Our Client's operational workflows.
- Manage daily laboratory operations, including rack deployment, cabling, power validation, space planning, and maintaining strict compliance with safety and ESD controls.
- Assist with subnet troubleshooting and switch configuration, collaborating across IT teams to resolve complex system connectivity and integration issues.
- Partner with silicon, firmware, and validation teams to drive rapid issue resolution, manage test assets, and coordinate with multiple organizations.
