Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing is looking for a Failure Analysis Technician. Key qualifications include, 1+ years of experience in hands-on electronics experience (PCBs, soldering/uninstall/install/repair) and an investigative, analytical mindset. An associates degree or relevant experience is required.

responsibilities:
- RGA Project Management: Plans, tracks, and coordinates Return Goods Authorization (RGA) deliverables and activities.
- Complaint & Failure Analysis: Investigates incoming field failure reports and customer complaints using the TrackWise system.
- PMS & Trend Reporting: Builds dashboards, analyzes failure trends, and compiles periodic reports for Post-Market Surveillance (PMS).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drives communication across teams to support follow-up System Engineering and Testing efforts.
- Lifecycle Program Execution: Initiates and supports required Manufacturing/Medical Lifecycle (MLD) and Product Development Lifecycle Management (PDLM) programs
