Join Our Client as a Project Manager in Spring Valley, NY an infrastructure leader solving tough challenges! We seek an experienced PM to lead a corporate office relocation from Pearl River. Requires strong track record in schedule, vendor, and stakeholder coordination.

responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all office relocation and decommissioning activities from Pearl River to Spring Valley, developing the master schedule and tracking key deliverables.
- Establish and direct a cross-functional move team comprising Facilities, IT, Real Estate, Security, Media Services, and Business Operations to ensure seamless organizational alignment.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication and change management plan, guiding employees through records management, material purging, and offsite storage.
- Design phased move sequencing and logistics to minimize operational disruption, overseeing safe, efficient execution and vendor coordination at all project sites.
- Act as the central point of contact for vendors, stakeholders, and related building project managers, delivering regular progress reports to department leadership.
