responsibilities:
- Assemble complex electromechanical prototype products in a fast-paced engineering lab, meticulously following both verbal and written technical instructions.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to develop and refine optimal assembly practices for newly introduced products.
- Propose innovative assembly process improvements aimed at reducing product cost, enhancing efficiency, and shortening assembly time.
- Redline assembly procedures and Bills of Materials (BOM) based on hands-on findings to ensure accurate, up-to-date manufacturing documentation.
- Support Manufacturing Engineers with the design, development, and optimization of assembly work cells.
