responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project coordination by establishing detailed execution plans, integrating technical activities, and analyzing resource needs to assess overall project feasibility.
- Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate project personnel while managing resource allocation and staff development to ensure long-term team competence.
- Partner with management, production, and marketing teams to define project specifications, and act as the key liaison to present proposals and findings to clients.
- Actively review, evaluate, and approve contracts, project cost estimates, and operational budgets to maximize efficiency and control expenditures.
