We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. You will manage subcontracts, job site schedules, budgets, and QA/QC while collaborating with superintendents, design teams, and owners. Projects span commercial sectors, including healthcare, higher education, and institutional facilities. Requires 5+ years of experience, join us and drive site success!

responsibilities:
- Reviews contract documents, conducts constructability reviews, assists with bid solicitations, and handles the complete buyout process, including issuing subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Manages day to day field operations alongside the superintendent, overseeing project schedules, submittals, RFIs, material deliveries, logistics, and QA/QC and safety enforcement.
- Oversees owner billings, subcontractor applications for payment, change orders, budget tracking, and profit forecasting while ensuring compliance with lien laws.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for project owners, design teams, subcontractors, and authorities having jurisdiction while leading project meetings and logs.
- 5+ years of experience, and active certifications including OSHA 30, and First Aid/CPR.
