We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead on site field operations for healthcare construction projects. You'll manage daily trade coordination, site safety, schedules, and QA/QC to deliver state of the art medical facilities. responsibilities:
- Drives on site safety, enforces regulatory compliance, implements the company QA/QC plan, and manages job site security, logistics, and staging plans.
- Oversees daily field operations, maintains project momentum to meet completion dates, conducts site inspections, and updates project documentation daily logs, manpower, materials, and photos.
- Coordinates on site trades, enforces subcontract agreements, directs company personnel, and manages job site tools, equipment, and project software entries.
- Serves as the main daily contact for owners, design teams, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and safety inspectors, while assisting in training junior field staff.
- Requires 7+ years of healthcare construction experience, OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications
