responsibilities:
- Lead projects from initiation to delivery, including product-related projects, process improvements, and development activities
- Work with teams across functions to create clear project plans, coordinate execution, manage risks, and keep stakeholders aligned
- Turn business priorities into clear project plans with scope, milestones, owners, and timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, and other stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings, follow up on actions, and support timely decisions
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field
- Must have 3+ years experience in a Project Management role within a manufacturing environment
- Experience managing capital projects, equipment installations, process improvements, or facility upgrades
- PMP Certification
