responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and implement optimized manufacturing processes on Our Client's production floor across assembly, die casting, and machining environments.
- Design production tooling, fixtures, and end-of-arm automation tooling utilizing SolidWorks or other computer-aided design software.
- Conduct time studies, analyze workflows, and establish standard work to eliminate process deviations and maximize efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis and process failure mode analyses to identify defect origins and implement corrective improvements.
- Independently manage engineering projects from initial design and material trials through final floor implementation and validation.
