Our Client seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Newnan, GA. Requires a mechanical engineering degree and 10-20+ years of industrial experience. responsibilities:
- Lead capital expenditure projects for industrial manufacturing from start to finish, beginning with identifying operational needs on the shop floor.
- Perform detailed root cause analysis in collaboration with production teams to justify the procurement of new tooling and optimized processes.
- Create computer-aided design drawings of new manufacturing machinery, specialized fixtures, and end-of-arm automation tooling.
- Execute rigorous testing, material trials, and process validations to ensure new systems meet quality standards before full implementation.
- Establish standard work, perform time studies, and oversee line balancing to eliminate process deviations across Our Client's assembly and die casting environments.
